Environmental Services Tech - Environmental Services
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs cleaning and disinfecting of all patient care and public areas in the organization. Maintains designated area in clean and orderly manner to ensure an environment that is aesthetically and bacteriologically clean and safe for the patient, employee and others. Working quickly and accurately and follow requests.
• Having the manual ability to perform such tasks as mopping, buffing, polishing, scrubbing, and moving furniture
• Performing repetitive cleaning operations throughout the workday, under specific instructions with little need for judgement in working out job problems
Supervised by Environmental Services Supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
●High school diploma or GED required.
●Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
●One year housekeeping experienced preferred.
