Maintenance Tech - Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of hospital facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Welding experience.
Perform routine repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
Assist with renovation and construction projects as needed.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
